A romantic earworm laced with melodic guitar lines and sweet vocal harmonies, ‘Romeo’ has an alt-country and folk feel; giving a tasteful nod to 1950’s doo-wop with its 6/8 feel and chorus of male backup singers supporting Amiria’s blissful voice.

‘Romeo’ was recorded and mixed by Ryan Fisherman at The Hut in Christchurch, and mastered by Mike Gibson in Wellington. "The song features a playful four-part rhythm section that consists of Chris Wethey on bass, Ryan Fisherman on drums, Simon Gregory on guitar and Tom Harris on keys."
